About Our Road Association
The Cottonwood Canyon & Sierra Vista Road Association is a volunteer-led group of neighbors maintaining the roads we all rely on. Formed to share costs fairly, we coordinate repairs, grading, and long-term planning for the Cottonwood Canyon and Sierra Vista area.

Association Governance & Records
The association is governed by a volunteer board elected by members, with decisions guided by adopted bylaws. We work with contractors and, when appropriate, local agencies. Meeting minutes, budgets, and policies are shared so residents can review how choices are made.
